Asphalt pavement blasting machine

The portable blasting machine for asphalt pavement is widely used in improving the roughness and friction coefficient of the pavement. So as to improve the adhesion of the road and ensure the safety of driving. In the meanwhile, some attached things (such as fuel, oil etc.) on pavement can also be removed. The application are as follows:

(1) When the asphalt concrete surface is being constructed, the blasting technology for the road surface pretreatment can ensure the cleanliness of road. At the same time, roughness of the surface increased, the adhesion between skin coat and original road surface strengthened and the durability of the structure greatly increased. Blasting before covering slurry seal and resin materials can significantly improve the bond strength between resin surface and the original surface, which can help raise the quality of slurry seal and extend the life of pavement.

(2) Blasting can be directly used on asphalt pavement, such as roughening the turn part of road to improve the anti-skid performance.

(3) The oil bleeding on asphalt surface can be removed, so as to improve the anti-skid performance.

(4) Marker line can be completely removed.
