Steel pipe internal coating equipment
Steel pipe internal anti-corrosion equipment processing the internal surface of oil, natural gas, chemical material, gas pipelines. The devices are capable of 1-layer and 2-layer FBE coating. Its anti-corrosion techniques and product performance are in full compliance with "APIRP 5L2", "SY/T0457-2000" and so on.
Pipe internal pre-heating
It is used to heat the pipe from 40℃ to 60℃ before blasting, and is used to wipe off water, moisture and greasy dirt on the surface, which can meet the demand of rust removal.
It includes burning gun and electrothermal wind pre-heating. The heating media of burner can be gas and diesel.
Internal blasting device
It casts steel shot and grit to steel pipes' internal surface and remove steel pipe surface oxide and form a certain anchor depth on pipe surface, which can improve the adhesion of coating layer.
It consists of steel pipe clean room, impeller head, bucket elevator, sand and shot separator, two-level dust collector system, blasting pipe, pneumatic device and electric control device, etc.
Internal coating devices
Internal coating devices is used to coat pipe which has been cleaned up. It adopts high pressure airless technology to coat and can be divided into single component and bi-component liquid epoxy coating.
Solvent volatilization device
It is installed at both ends of linear roller between internal coating and curing room and both sides of pipe outgoing rack's front part. Blowing device blow air into one end of coated pipe and then dangerous and harmful gas will be emitted out of pipes.
Curing room
It is used to dry the anticorrosion coating layer on the internal wall of pipe. According to the the product drying performance and features, curing oven adopts both heated air circulation method and air blowing method. The heating energy are indirect heated by natural gas. The curing temperature is 80℃. It is fully compliance with national safety,health and environmental standards.
