PU thermal insulation pipes offer low thermal conductivity, good bending properties, high mechanical resistance and waterproof characteristics. Combined with an anticorrosion layer, polyurethanes can be solid, foam (PUF), syntactic (SPU), or glass syntactic (GSPU), and are applied by injection moulding, rotational casting or by PU half-shells. They are suitable for offshore field joint coating operations and reeling, J-lay and S-lay installations. 

PP thermal insulation equipment

PP thermal insulation equipment is mainly used to coat thermal layer and anticorrosion layer on pipe external surface. Multi-layer anticorrosion systems are designed and applied in a wide range of thicknesses and layers to meet insulation and subsea installation requirements. Pipe coating is achieved by advanced PP extruder. It is an ideal choice for shallow and deep water pipe coating & transportation, J-lay and S-lay installation.
