Water Cooling System

The Water Cooling System is used to rapidly cool the heated pipes to 40-60C making sure 

that the protective layers are not harmed. 

Equipment cooling system can ensure that equipment can run at full capacity without fault.

Recycling water cooling system consist of water cooling room, cooling tower,self-prime pump, centrifugal pump and pipeline, etc. There is backwater pool near cooling room.

Water cooling room uses closed-type steel. It consists of water spraying tube, water spraying tube adjustment device, steam ventilation device (3 sets), cooling room etc.. The body is frame structure, and the side panel is color plate and with plastic steel glass doors and windows.

    Rudder adopts foreign advanced technology water cooling room whose feature are as follow: 

1. its design is integral enclosed; 

2. it is equipped with air blower whose function is to prevent the equipment from damping. 

3. Watering spraying nozzle can be adjusted by ratchet wheel device,  in order to accord with different anticorrosion requirements. 

4. The cooling room is frame structure, with steel glass door and window, so that the equipment performance can be observed from outside.
