Rack

The rack is used to storage pipes or transport pipes from one process to another. there are structural steel rack, automatic push rack, V-type rack and automatic chain rack.

Structural steel rack:

This kind of rack is H structural steel or two-channel steel and each set of rack consists of two parallel racks. There are some pipe stoppers on the rack to reduce potential hazard. It is widely used because of its simple structure, stability and low cost.

V-type rack:

It adds V-type base on the basis of structural steel rack. It is equipped with pipe carrier to carry pipes to certain station.

Automatic push rack:

There is pipe-push device on the rack and pipes will rolling ahead with the help of hydraulic(or motor). 

Chain conveying rack:

With its compact and stable construction, chain conveying rack can reduce the labor intensity and on-site safety hazard. It can reduce transmission, improving the efficiency, and then achieve the automatic pipe feeding. But its cost is relative high.
